Online returns, without the run-around

Returning an online order should be the easiest part of shopping. Somehow it's become one of the most annoying.

You have to find the email, start the return, print a label (do you even own a printer?), find the right box, tape it up, drive it somewhere, and stand in line behind eleven other people doing the same sad dance. For a $24 sweater that didn't fit, it barely feels worth it — so a lot of returns just… don't happen. They sit in a closet until the window closes.

The 30-second version

Here's how a return works with Nadabox:

  1. Open the app and tap New return.
  2. Pick the retailer and snap a photo of the item.
  3. Set it on your doorstep before your weekly pickup.

That's it. No label, no box hunt, no drop-off. Your driver collects it, and you watch it move through each step — Submitted, Picked Up, Shipped — right from your phone, with a tracking number when it's on its way back.

Why "no label needed" matters

Most return services still make you do the packaging and labeling — they've just moved the drop-off closer. We took the whole task off your plate. You don't print anything, you don't need the original box, and you don't drive anywhere. The hardest part is remembering which sweater it was.

Returns that actually close the loop

There's a quieter benefit, too. When returns are easy, they get handled properly — repackaged, relabeled, and sent back through the right channel instead of tossed in a junk drawer or, worse, a landfill. Every return you set out is one we route the responsible way.

So the next time something doesn't fit, don't let it haunt your closet. Set it out, and get on with your day.
